About CRM Sorted
CRM Sorted helps founders and sales managers find the CRM that fits how their team works, makes everyday work easier and fits the budget.
Why CRM Sorted exists
Choosing a CRM is harder than it should be. Search results are full of old roundups and outdated prices, and most comparisons that rank are written by a CRM vendor comparing its own product with a rival. Asking an AI assistant doesn't solve it either: an assistant only knows what it can find, and much of what it finds is out of date or written by the vendors themselves.
The goal of CRM Sorted is to be the best resource anywhere for choosing the right CRM for your business: current prices you can verify, the same evidence for every CRM, and free tools that work out which one fits your team.
How CRM Sorted is built
CRM Sorted is built with AI agents and current AI workflows. Agents capture each vendor's pricing page, compare it with the stored record, flag what changed and draft the update. A person reviews every change before it goes live, and every price still points to a dated screenshot of the vendor's own page.
That is what makes it practical to re-check prices regularly across many CRMs, instead of publishing once and letting the numbers go stale. Each page shows the date its facts were last checked.
Who builds it
CRM Sorted is built and run by RJ Digital, a Finnish builder and SEO consultancy. Every CRM is covered the same way: from the vendor's own pricing page, plan comparison and documentation, checked and dated.
What this site does
- Compares features, workflows, integrations and AI across CRMs on the same terms.
- Reads prices from each vendor's own pricing page and keeps a dated screenshot.
- Works out what a small team pays on the plan it actually needs.
- Shows the costs a pricing page leaves out: caps, minimums, add-ons, AI credits and fees.
- Explains how AI agents and your own tools connect to each CRM.
What it does not do
- No scores out of ten. Verdicts come with the reasons behind them.
- No sponsored rankings. No vendor pays to be listed or placed.
- No personal opinions presented as tests. Every claim points to a vendor page or a linked source.
