Prices as shown on each vendor's page, in EUR, never converted. "Not shown" means the vendor page did not show that currency.
Pick the profile closest to yours. The Finder opens with that team size and those must-haves already set, and you can change anything.
A review and a pricing guide for each: who it suits by buyer profile, its limits by plan, how AI and agents connect, and what your team pays once seats, add-ons and AI usage are counted.
Attio suits small B2B teams that want a flexible CRM that builds itself from email and calendar data, with AI chat, AI fields and agents on every plan.

If your team works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or its own agents, the CRM becomes their data layer. Check how agents connect, what they can change, and what the AI itself costs.
You can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools to Attio through its official MCP server, so they can search and update your CRM in plain language. The server is hosted by Attio, signs in with OAuth, works on every plan including Free, and can read and write records, notes, tasks and lists. The REST API and webhooks are also on every plan, with documented rate limits of 100 reads and 25 writes per second, so your own scripts get the same access.
You can connect Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to HubSpot with its official connectors on every plan, including Free, so they can look up and update your CRM in plain language; coding tools such as Codex and Cursor take more setup. Agents can read, create and update records but cannot delete them through the connectors, and the Claude connector writes at most 10 records at a time. The API's daily limit grows with your plan, from 250,000 calls a day on Free and Starter to 1,000,000 on Enterprise, which is plenty for a small team's scripts.
You can connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools that support custom MCP servers to Pipedrive through its official MCP server, so they can find and update deals, contacts and activities in plain language. The server, REST API and webhooks are on every plan, including Lite, but the MCP server has no delete tools. Everything shares one daily API token budget per company, so on Lite (30,000 tokens per seat a day) a busy agent or script can run out before the day ends.
You can connect Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and other AI tools to folk through its official MCP server, so they can find and update people, companies, deals, notes and tasks in plain language. The server is on every plan, but your own scripts are a different story: the REST API, Zapier and Make need Premium. There is no full workspace export, so the API is the only way to pull everything out at once.
Every CRM on the plan a small team actually needs, priced for your team size: the monthly and yearly cost, what the plan includes, how AI is billed, and where a seat cap pushes you onto a pricier plan.

The same answers for every CRM, so you can compare them on equal terms.
Each must-have mapped to the lowest plan that has it. For example, email sequences:
Caps, minimums, onboarding fees, add-ons and the monthly-billing premium.
Many CRMs bill AI on top of the seat price. Each guide says how, in plain words.
Screenshots of the vendor's own pricing page, dated and labelled by currency.
A dated price history, with a source for every change.
Many CRM pricing articles quote prices that changed months ago, or show monthly prices as if they were annual. Here, each price carries the date it was checked and a screenshot of the vendor's page.
Each pricing page is rendered and saved as a screenshot, from the US and the EU where possible.
Price, billing period, currency and date. Dollars and euros are never converted.
The plan a small team needs, at 2, 5, 10 and 20 seats, with caps, minimums, credits and fees.
Search results are full of outdated prices and comparisons written by one CRM vendor about another, and AI assistants repeat what they find. CRM Sorted doesn't sell a CRM. It compares them on the same, current evidence, so you can pick the one that fits.
