AttioPlus stops at 10 seats. Your 11th user moves the whole team to Pro. Billed annually, 10 seats on Plus cost $4,200 a year; 11 seats on Pro cost $10,428 a year.
AI: Credits. AI is included in every plan, even Free, but it runs on monthly credits, and heavy use means buying extra credit packs (from €70 a month billed annually) on a paid plan.
HubSpotProfessional and Enterprise need paid onboarding. On the US page, Professional carries a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 and Enterprise one of $3,500. The European page says onboarding is required for both but does not show the fee. Starter does not require onboarding.
AI: Credits. Basic AI help is free on every HubSpot plan, but AI agents use HubSpot Credits: paid plans include a monthly allowance (500 a month on US Sales Hub Starter) and extra credits cost $0.010 each.
PipedriveLite does not sync your email. Lite only lets you forward emails into Pipedrive by bcc. Two-way email sync, open tracking, templates and automations all start on Growth (€39 a seat billed annually).
AI: Higher plan. You never pay per use for AI in Pipedrive: meeting notes, AI reports and the ChatGPT and Claude connection come with every plan, but AI email writing needs Premium at €59 per seat per month billed annually.
folkNo deals on Standard. Standard pipelines move contacts through stages inside a group. Deal records with a value, owner and close date are part of custom objects, which need Premium.
AI: Included. AI is included in every plan at no extra charge, but each AI feature has a monthly cap, and the only way to get more is to upgrade to Premium ($48 per member a month billed annually) or Enterprise.
Capsule CRMStarter has no email sync, workflow automations or second pipeline, so most sales teams need Growth, which costs twice as much billed annually ($36 vs $18, or 28€ vs 15€).
AI: Higher plan. There are no AI credits or AI add-on, but Starter only gets the AI Pipeline Generator; AI summaries, enrichment and meeting prep start on Growth.
CloseEssentials looks like the team plan at $35, but it has no workflows or bulk email, so a team that needs automated follow-up pays $99 per user on Growth.
AI: Credits. Each plan includes monthly AI credits (500 to 2,000 per user, counted for at most 10 users); Chloe voice calls, enrichment and auto updates stop when they run out, and extra credits start at $20 a month for 1,200.
CopperBasic ($23) has no sales opportunities, leads, bulk email or workflow automation in the comparison table, so most sales teams start at $59 per seat on Professional, and email series need Business at $99.
AI: Higher plan. The AI email template generator and AI email rewriter are not on Basic; they come with Professional and Business at no extra listed cost.
FreshsalesSales sequences start on Pro, which costs more than four times Growth ($39 versus $9 per user a month billed annually).
AI: Higher plan. Freddy AI contact scoring and deal insights start on Pro, and the Freddy AI Agent costs extra on every plan at $49 (45€) per 100 sessions.
monday CRMYou buy seats in fixed tiers of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 and up, so a team of 6 or 11 pays for the next tier (10 or 15 seats), never fewer than 3.
AI: Credits. Every plan comes with trial AI credits (6,000 on Basic, Standard and Pro), and each AI tool has a usage cap; after that you buy the AI credits add-on, which needs Standard or higher and has no price on the page.
SalesflareMulti-step email workflows are not on Growth, so a team that wants automated follow-up pays $49 (€49) per user billed annually on Pro, or $64 (€64) month to month.
AI: Included. Salesflare says its AI features (timeline summaries and Q&A, suggested contacts and accounts, reminders, lead scoring) are included on all plans, with no AI credits or add-on listed.
SalesforceStarter Suite is the only edition you can pay month to month; Pro Suite ($100 or 100€) and every Sales Cloud edition are billed annually, and the small business page says Pro needs a contract.
AI: Add-on. Starter and Pro include basic assistive AI, but Agentforce for Sales is an add-on from $125 per user a month, sold only on Core and Advanced and included in Max.
TwentyWorkflows and AI agents draw on a small credit allowance (5 credits a month on monthly billing, 50 a year on yearly), and extra credits are bought in Settings at prices the pricing page does not show.
AI: Credits. AI agent steps in workflows use workflow credits based on the model and prompt, so heavy AI use means buying extra credit packs on top of the seat price.
ZeroThe $60 headline price is a launch offer: it rises to $77 per seat after 12 months on annual billing, or to $96 after 3 months on monthly billing.
AI: Credits. Chat is included under fair use, but agent AI steps and AI properties use 0.1 to 5 credits each from the 500 credits per seat a month, and extra packs cost $60 for 1,000 or $150 for 3,000.
Zoho CRMStandard caps your data at 100,000 records (200 MB) and you cannot buy extra storage on it, so a growing database forces you up to Professional.
AI: Higher plan. Zia's AI features, such as email summaries, Ask Zia, Zia Agents and Smart Prompt, start on Professional with no AI fee listed; Free and Standard do not get them in the comparison table.
Seat limits on the team plan: Attio (max 10), monday CRM (min 3).
