How prices are checked
Every price on this site is read from the vendor's own pricing page and kept as a screenshot. 14 CRMs are covered today, last checked 24 Oct 2026.
Where prices come from
Only from the vendor's own pricing page. Not from review sites, not from memory, not from another article. Each check records the date, the billing period (yearly or monthly) and the currency the page showed.
Vendor pages show prices in the visitor's local currency. Pages are rendered from the US and the EU where possible, or read through the vendor's own currency switcher. Dollars and euros are shown only where the page showed them. They are never converted, because vendors do not price at exchange rates. When a vendor only prices in one currency, the tools still show its own price and add an estimate marked "≈", at the European Central Bank reference rate of the date shown, so every CRM can be compared.
Built with AI agents, reviewed by a person
AI agents do the repetitive work: they capture vendor pricing pages from the US and the EU, compare them with the stored record, flag changes and draft updates. Nothing is published without a person reviewing it, and an agent never invents a price: if a number can't be traced to the vendor's page, it isn't shown.
Evidence
Each check is saved as a screenshot of the vendor's page, dated and labelled with its currency. Every pricing guide and the CRM Pricing Index show these screenshots, so you can see exactly what the vendor showed on that day.
Team costs
A pricing page shows a per-seat price. What you pay depends on which plan your team needs and how many seats you buy. Each guide names the cheapest plan that covers what a small B2B sales team usually needs (two-way email sync, pipeline automation and, where it matters, sequences) and works out the yearly cost at 2, 5, 10 and 20 seats, with seat caps, minimums and the extra for monthly billing.
The same evidence for every CRM
Every CRM is covered the same way: the vendor's pricing page, its plan comparison and its documentation, plus public user threads where they add something, linked where they are used. No guide relies on personal opinion, so no CRM gets an advantage from how it was covered.
Keeping it current
- Every page shows the date its facts were last checked.
- Prices older than 90 days are re-checked before a page is updated.
- Price changes are logged with a date and a source on each pricing guide.
- The visible date changes only when the content does.
Corrections
If a price or fact is wrong, it is fixed and the check date is updated. See the disclosure for how the site makes money and why that never changes a recommendation.
